How do you block someone in AIM on the iPhone?

My aim account is being spammed by someones hacked aim account. I blocked them in my desktop, how do I block someone on the iPhone aim app?
 
Doesn't AIM store the list of allowed and blocked contacts on their server? I've never had to back up my blocked (or even just regular contacts) list when I moved around from computer to computer and OS to OS, or even from app to app (AIM to Trillian, to Adium, etc).
 
All of my settings for AIM move from desktop to iPhone automagically. I don't see why block wouldn't be the same.
