How do you apply your Windows themes?

Litestep, Aston, etc. are totally different from WindowsBlinds, StyleXP, etc..
We have multiple polls now--use them.
Anyway, my windows can stay square--Litestep. But to go w/o a VWM and command line--inhuman! Worse yet, to have the taskbar eat up valuable room that windows could be using.
