How do you adjust your LCD monitor?

This is how I adjust my LCD: (Native Resolution)

1.) Set Contrast & Brightness in DOS mode (black screen and text) using the OSD.
2.) Using Display properties:
a.) adjust the Gamma.
b.) adjust the Brightness.
c.) adjust the Contrast.
3.) Turn on Clear Type.

I've always used the Nokia monitor adjustment test patterns on CRT's, but it seems to be less usefull to adjust an LCD. What test programs if any do you use to adjust your LCD? What is your adjustment procedure?
