How do you add a recurring note in Outlook calander?

I have office XP. I want to set up a reminder that every other fiday is pay day. Can I do that without setting it up as an appointment?

Why don't you want it to be setup as an appointment? You can set it as an all-day event; that's what I do with my bills at home.
