How do ya run Q3 Benchmarks?

I just installed Q3 and I wanna run some benchmarks with my CLA2. How is this done?

at the console, type

timedemo 1

demo demo00x where x is a number. (demo001, demo002)

The timedemo will run, then pull the console back down to see your scores. And post them here! 🙂 along with your setup.

System; Athlon 500@721 on a MSI K7 Pro, 256Mb Infineon PC-133, CLA2(200/340) 5.30 Ref Drivers.
Game; Game options - default, sound on high quality.

Fastest:
Demo001 - 105.6
Demo002 - 104.3

Fast:
Demo001 - 98.8
Demo002 - 98.0

Normal:
Demo001 - 97.7
Demo002 - 96.6

16x12x32 with everything Full-On:
Demo001 - 27.1
Demo002 - 28.3

12x10x32 with everything Full-On:
Demo001 - 40.3
Demo002 - 42.4

Do they seem a little low?

A little low? You get higher at 1600x1200 with everything than I do at 640x480 with some stuff on.

SD - Can't take a little criticism eh!. I do apologise if I hit a nerve soft lad.

And your numbers do seem low. 😉 Turn your sound off when benchmarking. You'll see better numbers.
