anyone know how to do a video capture using WMP9?

i know it's ctrl + something or something like that

Tools->Options->Performance, turn off Video acceleration.

Now you can screen cap it. Don't forget to turn it back on when you're done.

how do you screen cap once you do that?

what format is the video ? PowerDVD and VCDCutter can cap most formats. I don't think it's possible via WMP9 using ALT+PrtScn.
