How do u use NetBEUI for file and printer sharing?

I'm getting @home this wednesday and i wanna tighten up security. 2 computers on my LAN, one with WinME and the other with Win98se, ICS enabled.

The ShieldsUp directions look pretty intimidating, with all his flow charts and all, but they are actually very simple to use.
