How do u update KT7's HPT370 BIOS?

i dnlded the file off highpoint's web site ...
unzipped it... and got 2 files and a readme.txt file..
there was &quot;bios&quot; <-no extension
and there was &quot;load.exe&quot;

i ran load.exe and got this menu... tried every option... nothing worked...
what's going on?

I have the Abit BP6 with the HPT366 controller and there I had to flash the boards' bios to automatically update the HPT366.

With the HPT370 it is possibly similar.
