how do u rate Panasonic 8432 IDE CDRW

Hi,

I have a friend strongly recommending me to buy this CDRW.
I don't know if this is any good.
and are there any other PANASONIC 8432 IDE model?

He said he had only made 2% of coasters out of all the sucessfuls.
He said this CDRW only has 2MB buffer, which is enough for me.
Just turn off all the applications and it will be fine.

mostly for burning audio cd for my car , Dreamcast games and some backup
(won't burn more than 100 discs)

The drive is only $200CDN, so is it really a good deal.
How will u rate it out of 10(performance)

just because it is not Plextor nor Sony?

cuz my budget is very limited. so...

i know Plextor and Sony do make good drives, but they are also expensive.
anyone have a good deal for it for me to think about.
