how do u fix a busted pipe line on a computer?

Maybe you are referring to the pipeline burst cache that was used in earlier generation motherboards. The cache chips were extremely volatile. The only fix was replacing the cache chips, which often meant replacing the motherboard, because they were soldered to it.
