how do u connect molex connecters to bare fan wires?

I hacked off the wires of one of my old fans, and then somehow soldered the bare fan wire to the molex connectors..

Molex contacts are designed to be crimped onto the wires. - on these I like to crimp and solder both. Jameco has the contacts, but I don't see the plastic parts.
JDR has packets of contacts with the plastic part for 88c. each. They all probably have minimum order amounts that you'll have to meet or pay a small-order fee.

FrozenCPU also sells Molex parts. Their prices aren't cheap, but for small quantities it's easier than trying to order from a large electronics supply site.

You can find right-angle Molex parts at ScorpionMods.com LINK These are hard to find, but look great for custom cabling!
