How do u completely remove the artic silver off a CPU?

i am selling my duron ( got a t-bird ) and i want to completely remove the artic silver but i can't get it all with tissue paper... it kinda spread around the slug, its only a tad bit but it would suck to sell it not clean...can i use something to help me get it off?

Dawn diswashing detergent "melts" it just fine... just make sure the chip is good and dry before you put it in a machine!

so i just put a drop of it on it? and use a tissue to take it off?

I use screen wipes myself.

it worked like a charm! thanks Netopia! just gonna use some rubbing alki to clean it off now...
