how do u burn these isos

i have these linux iso's. how can i burn them correctly. i don't wanna risk wastin cd's. my friend sed something about iso's and iso.exe, is there a difference?

U Can burn using Nero or Adaptec Easy CD Creator.

Select Burn Image.
