How do u ask a girl u mite like if she has a boyfriend?

I ran into a similar situation. After asking some female friends... I came up with the conclusion that you dont ask. You just persue like she doesn't have one... let her tell you if she does.
 
Well, you could go the direct route and ask, "So, are you seeing anyone?" or "Do you have a boyfriend?"

ask her what's she's doing for the weekend...if she has a bf she'll say she'll most likely be doing something with him or what not..
if she says "nothing" he can ask her if she wants to hang out
 
damnit, i missed this weekend...did nothing, and so did she, or so she tells me. Ive heard other guys who are dying to meet her say that she has a bf, but i duno how reliable they are as a source.

"Got meat?" usually works well.

Failing that, you could just start the big daddy mack on her and say "this Saturday, there's this great concert/art expo/Kama Sutra demonstration at the convention center...would you like to go with me?"

If she's "got meat" she'll tell you "my boyfriend wouldn't like that." or words to that effect.

If you are serious about wanting to be closer to her then you better ask quick before someone else does. Just ask her if she has a boyfriend and that if she doesn't then you would like to take her out to eat or something...
 
Laidback subtle comedy is always the best way to ask serious questions like that for me. Something like "so is there a hunky man friend in your life", gotta do it in a funny way though, really all depends on what kind of attitude you have with her right now. Dosen't really work when your trying to play the cool guy at all.
