How do they know?

I am using this website to send free SMS (short text messages to cell phones). It required no login. It says that i can only send 3 a day...How does it know that i have sent 3 and how can i fool it into thinking that i havent sent 3?

It can tell by ip address login, every site you go to sees your ip address. If you have a modem then it changes each time if you have a network card then it is the same each time, you could change out nics and you should get a different ip address. Or get an app to hide your ip.

There may be another way it can tell, but this is the easiest way for websites.
