How do Shuttle Boards stack up?

I just got the AN35N Ultra Mobo from newegg, it's shuttle as you can probably guess ^. I plan on overclocking my also new 2500+ Barton, and most likly using 3200 ram, is the motherboard good enough to overclock my processor safly, and also get it to match up with pc 3200 ram?
 
I payed 60 for it, and same board is like 100 for epox, is the epox really 2/3 better or so, or just is alot because of the name.
