How do saggers keep their pants from falling?

I went to a burger joint just now. In the parking lot were 3 young men, all sagging their pants. They walked away and their pants were below their ass. I watched in amazement at the fact that their pants didn't actually fall. How do they do it? Do they pin them up? Also, one guy had blonde hair and acted like he was Jax Tellar. You can tell when someone thinks they are someone else. I can see those things.

They adjust their entire gait to compensate, which further adds to the clownish appearance. I am sure this can also lead to permanent health issues--serious back problems--the longer they indulge in this nonsense.

I think you are right. They were waddling off like penguins.

This. I went to school when sagging was becoming popular (at least in this area). It was horrendous. Don't get me wrong, I did the whole baggy jeans thing, but my pants were at least up where they belonged.

Generally they have to keep their thighs further apart to hold up the waist band. When they walk, they have to use their thighs to keep the pants up, so the modified stride makes it look like they shit themselves.

So I had to google "Jax Teller", I though It was code for Jar Jar Binks or possibly something to do with Penn and Teller, instead its just some guy from that TV show that has the dude from City of Lost Children with the jaw.
