How Do retail XP2100+ O/c?

Here is the controversy.... i am getting an XP 2100. BUT depending on how well the chip performs, i MAY or MAY NOT o/c. I might get the retail which has the 3 year warranty... and if im pleased wit performance, im not o/cing. How well do the retails O/c?

its the same exact chip just comes with heat sync and fan

it should oc about the same as the oem
its, afaik, the same cpu....just packaged with a heatsink/fan combo

but if your OC'ing you'll want to get a better heat sync and fan then the one that comes with it.
