How do restaurants keep those white tablecloths clean?

Every time I go into a restaurant that has one of those white tablecloths, I never see any stains. How can the restaurants keep those things so gleaming white?

Related question: Cloth napkins. They simply wash those each time? I know sometimes my kids can put some hellaciously disgusting and staining stuff on those things. They seriously don't just throw them away and get new ones?

I think they wash them. that is what i'm asking, is how do they get them stain free even when you have nasty kids goobing them up.

They're white. They could use bleach?
