How do remove search from start menu in win2k?

anyone know how to get rid of it off start menu?

One way I know is to use Ontrack's Utilities Suite which has lots of options to customize the appearance (i.e., tweakui).

Curious? Why would you want to get rid of the Start Menu?

He doesn't want to remove the Start menu.. he wants to remove the SEARCH function.
