How do places like letstalk.com work?

I dont understand how online cellphone places like letstalk.com or cellphonedeals.com sell
phones and contracts for less then the companies they represent?

For example.. the samsung d307 is 200 at cingular.com but free after rebate at letstalk.com.

I know there is a catch but cant find what it is..
