I named my dog "dog stew" -- in korean! Everyone says I'm cruel, but when I tried the name jokingly, the dog seemed to like it.

I recently met someone who works as a sound engineer for a living, and he named his cat "Sony"...both because it has to do with his line of work, and the color of her fur looks like the gray that Sony makes some of their electronics (that slate gray they make the Vega TVs from) :D

How about Ulysses? ;)

Maximus is a cool dog name but my favorite name today is Lenny.

Lenny is cute! I like labs a lot. It's a shame so many dogs are up for adoption.

I'm surprised that not too many people know about breed rescue organizations. They are a good deal, you can get the breed of dog you want, and usually they have been in a foster home so you can understand their temperemant, personality, etc...and you don't have to go thru the puppy stage!

Kobe Australian cattle dog

his markings look a lot like my Jack Russell terrier, in Australia...approaching 16 years of age and very healthy!

Saphron huh?

I think the only time I've ever heard that word is in that one song, I think it's called Mellow Yellow.
