How do Italians start/end letters?

For example, in America, we say:

Dear Blah,

Body

Respectfully,
Blah

What would Italians say?

I am going to guess the equivalent of dear is "Con caro" and the equivalent of respectfully is "Con rispetto"

Does anyone know any better?

I think we should make it a universal standard to start letters with "Yo," and end them with "Peace." That seems like what everyone wants and does anyway

Actually what I've always seen is "Querido" for "Dear". The end could be something like "Con respeto" or "Sinceramente"...possibly something else depending on what exactly you want to say.

"Con respeto" should work just fine then.

Hmm...I wonder how similar Italian letter-writing customs are to Spanish...
