How do install programs for all users? Nevermind sorry found the solution :)

Just installed xp and love it so far. Problem is some programs dont give the option to install for all users. Also how do i limit access of some users to view certain directories that are on a different partition than the os. My c: drive is ntfs but the other two partitions are fat32.
