back up email messages? I have about 50-100 email replies in separate Inbox folders in Outlook and I want to back them up as some kind of .txt or similar files. Actually it doesn't matter, I just want to know how to save them so I can open them on another computer with a text editor or Outlook or something like that.

you can just select on the messages that you want to save... and save them from the menubar.

that'd be the easiest..
you can also create an archive.

outlook has afunction called autoarchive, i would use that. I do an archive on a yearly basis.
