You need to remove all the temporary files from your C:\Windows\Acid32 folder; it may have been corrupted or edited by spyware. A common spyware tactic is to rename the folder System32 so that anything in it it has infected won't be touched because a virus scan might think it is important. You can go ahead and delete the folder called C:\Windows\System32 and create one called Acid32. It'll be repopulated by windows if you reboot the PC. You'll also notice there is already a C:\Windows\System folder that is actually quite important, don't change that one.

but they're all pretty similar. every forum i've been on has a profile section where you can change your password...just common sense...
