How do I

There are a few options.

If your video card supports it, you can hook them both up to the video card (most cards today have a DVI and a VGA port, just get a VGA to DVI adapter if you need one). Some cards even offer dual DVI ports.

However if your card doesn't support it (or you just don't want to) you can set up an old PCI video card to hook your second monitor to.

Thanks

Depends on your video card. Some support dual monitors, others don't. Tell us more about your system.

I have three monitors and two cards ATM.
