dir > lpt1

assuming your printer is at LPT1. I don't know how to do it with USB printers. Add switches to the dir command as necessary.
 
I can't remember the exact context, but it is something along the lines of

dir > lpt1:

This is assuming that your printer in on the lpt1 port.

BTW, you needed to have selected 'use this printer from MS-DOS applications' when you installed the printer.

Actually I'm not sure if that works on the newer "Windows" printers. I'm quite sure that the 'print' and 'print screen' commands do not work.
