I'm trying to connect my Belkin F5d7230-4 to my Linksys WRT54G as a repeater (wireless bridge). The Belkin has a menu item for the wireless bridge which only asks you for a specific IP for it to use. Both units are on the same channel and have the same ecription code assigined, however I can not see the Belkin on the DHCP list of the Linksys nor does my bench computer (connecte through LAN to the Belkin) see the network or internet.

Does anyone have an idea to what I'm missing or over looked here. All the blogs I read say that the Belkin is pretty much plug n play but I haven't found any that are using a Belkin to a Linksys yet (maybe there's a reason for this!!)? A step by step idiot's guide to wireless bridging would help.
