how do i view the firewall logs on an SMC barricade?

i think they're all pretty much running the same utility in the internal page, but just to be certain, I have the 7004AWBR and I don't know where to find logs in the internal page.

anyone can provide some help?

According to the manual, after logging into your router, you need to go to the Administrator Toolbox, and click View Log.

For your router, they're on the status page, it's a pretty basic log. I have the same router. 🙂

I believe their is at least 1 or 2 progies that will allow you to dump to a syslog sever.

oh ok, i see it now. i didn't know that was the firewall logs too.

i thought it only shows when clients are requesting IP's from the DHCP server and such.

It logs access attempts, though I have no idea how through it is, since I don't see much activity in the log. 🙂
