How do I use UT for testing my CPU / Vid speed??

If your trying to gauge sytem performance, then i would use Q3 (console: /timedemo 1 <enter> /demo demo001 <enter> )
But no i dont know any specific benchmarking demos for UT, anyway its easier just to get the game to display your fps, with the average. (sorry, cant remeber what the console command is)
 
yeah. I know, but I need to see the differences I am making after migrating from a stealth s3 to a radeon in UT. The radeon is playing like absolute crap compared to my stealth. And that shouldnt be the case. I know that voodoo's rule UT. I just want to see my performance drop in fps.

I know there is a way to see the fps in UT, lots of people use in in benchmarking...
 
the way to see the FPS in UT is to go to &quot;tools&quot; at the top of the screen, and then click on the framerate selection. Then fire up your game, and you'll see your framerate while you play.
