How do i use this Flash modem card for my laptop?

I'm a noob, so help me out here.


I have a card that looks like this :

except that it is 33 kbps. It came with my Windows 95 laptop (garage sales), and i want to use it to connect to internet. I dont mind the slowness.

Problem is, i dont know WHAT cable fits the other end. Can any of you point me in the right direction?

You need a 4-pin modem dongle.
