How do I use this flash cart for GBA games?

I bought a 3 in 1 expansion pack kit from realhotstuff and I don't know how to put roms on it. Do I need some sort of special hardware? How do I connect it to the PC to put roms on it? Please help.

Hate to break this to you, assuming its the EZ Flash Expansion 3 in 1, that's meant to be used in conjunction with the EZ Flash V, you can't use it by itself. Be ready to cough up enough dough for an EZ Flash V.
