How do I use this blood pressure gauge?

It's an older type. It's a rectangular box about a foot long and and the vertical column is hinged so it can be folded down when it's not in use.

the vertical scale goes from 0-300mmHg.

Does it use mercury? Seems like it may. Key thing; does it have a cuff and a stethescope? You could use your own scope too.

MD.

760 mm of mercury = 101.325KPa (stp) so do some math from there. although you dont need to do that lol bp i believe is in mmHg.

now playing with the Hg is a very good idea, specially good for young kids, or the 772 pound woman located in ohio.

what the hell... it didn't come with a stethoscope.

How much does a stethoscope cost?

The sfigmamonometer part was like $25.
