How do I use paypal's one time use CC number thing?

its not one time use number you click on shop than any stores you will screen with credit card and expiration and your paypal balance but its not one time use

im sorry but i dont understand your response. I was under the impression you could generate a credit card number that you could use anywhere online at any merchant and it was linked back to your paypal account. Is that not possible? I thought it was.
