How do i use my VCR on my comp?

I have an ELSA GLADIAC Video Module. Can i use my VCR on this? if so, what program do I use and how?

Isn't that a TV-out module? You need a video capture card.

I can use my VCR by using my ATI All-in-Wonder, which has a little breakout box with all the connectors. Any TV tuner card should work in that regard, but I don't think a simple TV-out feature will (the Radeon VIVO [video-in/video-out] might work, too).
