How do I use AwdFlash?

I am trying to flash my BIOS with AwdFlash. I have read the instructions and tutorials and i googled it and I all i get is to boot up into DOS and run AwdFlash.exe. Great, I am running windows XP and you can't boot into DOS with windows XP.

So i tried to formatting a floppy and making a MSDOS boot disk and that does not work, I got an I/O error when trying to boot.

So my question: How do I use AwdFlash?

Please help, I am going crazy here
