How do I upgrade my hard drive without reinstalling Windows NT 4.0?

Title says it all. I decided to replace my old SCSI hard drive with an ultra160 cheetah drive. I do not want to reinstall my o/s because of all the settings (user privileges, registry tweaks, policies, ...) I want to keep. What's the best way about doing this? Please be specific I am keeping the same system, just swapping drives.

Download and use Ghost 5.1 from Symantec. The eval is good for 30 days. Works great.
