How do I update my BIOS?

I want to update my BIOS for my aladdin TNT2 motherboard because the BIOS does not have an option I want which is to turn on or off the onboard graphic card. How do I update the BIOS? Please explain terms such as flashing in your explanation!

1.first you need to go your mobo's website and get the latest bios and flashing program. (flashing is just another word for reprogramming you bios chip). Make sure you read all the instruction/warnings on the website and/or in one of the files you download.
2. Then you need to make a win98 boot disk.
3. Then copy the files you downloaded onto a blank floppy.
4. boot off of the win98 boot disk in "minimal" mode.
5. take out the boot disk and put in the other disk you copied the bios onto.
6. The run flashing program follow the instructions.
