how do I update a website with a form

A friend paid some big bucks to a web site design company for his new site. but now part of it won't work.
It used to have a hidden page with a form that his employess could fill in to update part of the site
(just one page) it was just a list of connecting flights. I'm trying to help him get something like that back in place.
I've been updating the info and FTP'ing it for him every couple of days but this isn't a long term solution.
any one have any ideas or links to some good info?
