how do i uninstall Windows Media Player 9

Hi, just tried WMP 9 Beta, takes up so many cpu usage and slow... or (may be) i don't have time tune it yet...

i want to uninstall it but don't know how... it said i must use "System Restore" or something like that... where can i find it and what is it anyway?

i am just begin using XP pro... very new to this...
