How do I uninstall vista?

1 accidently installed vista over my xp, I can still see all of my program files and everything from xp, how do i edit the boot.ini file to boot to xp? or can i get rid of vista somehow?
 
You have a real problem - not only have you over written key system files, but you have probably overwritten the registry as well. My suggestion would be format and a fresh XP install.
