How do I uninstall .net framework 1.1 sp1?

This deals with a asp.net vulnerability and I am having trouble uninstalling it. The original install was done through windows update. Any help?
 
to uninstall go to add/remove programs... framework 1.1, framework sp1.1 and the hotfix after that ALL show up there
