How do I unblock pm's?

I need to find out how to unblock private messages. I can't find the option in my profile, in the "help" page, or the FAQ's.

I'm not even sure how I blocked them in the first place.

Profile-->Personal Options-->Recieve Private Messages-->On

By default, they are off
