How Do I Turn Up My "GAIN" In The UK??? Please Help Me!!!

Title says it all! How do I turn up my gain, my phone operator is BT, and I want to turn up my gain. How do I do that? Any numbers that I should call or anything to do it?

Call BT and ask them to turn your gain up. Call their customer service number.

Have you had this done? Is it easy? I just ask them to turn up my gain ands thats it right Keith, or Zaphs? Now where do I find the customer service number... Hmmm... Could you give it to me or where should I look?
