How do I turn on Aero in Win 10?

Dumb question, but I just upgraded to Windows 10. The start taskbar and start menu seem to do Aero, but the top menu bar in Firefox doesn't appear to do Aero. Is there somewhere that I can turn this on?

That's just some transparency effects you see, it's not Aero. Aero's been dead in Windows 8 and now 10. Windows 7 was the last OS to use Aero.
