How do I turn off Wireless connectivity on D-Link DI-524 router?

Hi,

I want to either set a password to secure a wireless connection or better yet, completely turn off my D-Link DI-524 wireless capability. I live in University residence and the bandwidth is constantly being used by "intruders." The university requires I have a router for firewall purposes, but I do not use the wireless connection and instead use regular LAN. The problem is that I cannot see the Router in Device manager and do not know how to access its interface. Any help would be appreciated.

Start ---> Run----> type in exculding quotes "http://192.168.0.1" username is "admin" password is blank. You should be in your router configuration menu; now browse through there till you find wireless and you should see a setting to "turn wireless radio off". Or you can secure it with an encryption.
