How do i turn off these GAY CT SKINS

i understand if I cant change it on other servers, but how can I change it on my own? if im playing with bots? these new skins are wizzack

I wish you had the option of selecting your own skin from a list of skins. For now you just have one option and the only way of changing it is going into your steam folder and manually changing files.
