How do I turn off error reporting in Windows XP?

Downloaded the new Service Pack 2 for XP, which seemed to fix a lot of little bugs but also gives me that annoying error message upon closing certain programs, the message which asks if you'd like to 'Send' or 'Do Not Send' error info to Microsoft . I'm in fact closing these programs on purpose, yet before I get to my desktop that stupid error message pops up. I heard that you can turn the error reporting feature off but have no idea how?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks...!

Also disable error reporting service and security center! SC is the annoying thing that reminds you to install A/V software, that your firewall is disabled and automatic updates are off, ect. Major annoyance IMO.

START->RUN- type SERVICES.MSC and hit enter.

Cheers!

I think it's recommend to right click my computer->properties->advanced->Error reporting button, and disable it there too, so it doesn't try to load the service or anything and get an error if it's disabled. Turn off remote assitance and desktop while you're at it.
