How do I turn mouse accel back on in WinXP?

I used a simple double click registry file to "turn off" mouse accel in Windows XP, supposedly it was to help my skills in the game of Counterstrike, which depends on WinXP + in-game sensitivity. However, I think it is the cause of my problem of jagged aiming when I fire my gun (this did not happen before I did the registry change and I tried reinstalling). Anyway, I want to restore the default setting, but do not know how to go about this (besides formatting ).

Here's what the registry says in notepad (hope it helps):
"Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse]
"SmoothMouseXCurve"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,a0,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,40,\
01,00,00,00,00,00,00,80,02,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,05,00,00,00,00,00
"SmoothMouseYCurve"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,66,a6,02,00,00,00,00,00,cd,4c,\
05,00,00,00,00,00,a0,99,0a,00,00,00,00,00,38,33,15,00,00,00,00,00 "

Thanks for any help, since it will save me lots of time. (I copied this from my original post in Operating systems, which got no replies, I hope I might get one here, I'm not trying to spam or anything).

Did you try adding the "-noforcemspd -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms"
to your Counterstrike shortcut?

Yes and no, I don't believe I had the third value "-noforcemparms", so I will try that. Thank you.
